The Getty Villa is the original “Getty” in Malibu. It houses the ancient Greek and Roman art. The Getty Center is a newer complex, opened in the late 90′s that houses several amazing collections and a huge art institute. I just adore the architecture and grounds of the Getty Center, it’s such a truly amazing place to experience art. I haven’t made it to the Villa yet, but that’s definitely on my to-do list!
