The Fly Girls {Los Angeles Photographer}

This is my last post of Fly Girl Designs goodness.  Almost.  (More on that at the bottom of this post, trust me, you’ll want to stick around for it!)  I can say that some of my favorite images from my entire shoot are in this post, but if I look back at what I’ve already posted I know I’d be lying.  Truth be told, I have way too many favorite images, that’s why I shared in so many posts over the last week or so.

So, soak it in, and enjoy the images and the bags!

Come back Monday for a fun little giveaway. . . you won’t want to miss it!

Fine Art Friday: Ocean {Los Angeles Photographer}

It’s the last Friday of the month, which means another Fine Art Friday post.  The subject matter may look similar to some of my other posts, but this month I’m on the other side of the continent!

I may live in Los Angeles, but I recently traveled across the country to see our other ocean, the Atlantic.  Isle of Palms, South Carolina is a beautiful beach, most notably for the tide pools that dot the wide swath of sand.  They are perfect for 3-year-old splashing and 30-something-year-old lounging.  And best of all for the phenomenal reflections.

After soaking in this beach scene, be sure to head over to see what Pensacola Florida Photographer, Tracy Tisdale has for this month.  I have a good hunch you’ll see more fabulous beach scenery, this time of the Gulf of Mexico, but she just may have something different up her sleeve this month. . . you’ll have to click over to find out!

Lovely. Reminds me of another beach I frequent. Water is a lot warmer over here in the south east, huh? The pacific is always freezing to me.

This image has such great leading lines. I love it. Very beautiful image. Makes me want to walk on in.

Versatility {LA Photographer}

When I got the shipment of bags I was going to be photographing, I couldn’t stop smiling!  Every bag I pulled out was simply amazing.  The quality and attention to detail is phenomenal.  I still can’t believe Connie makes these with her own 2 hands!

This is one of my favorites because it’s so versatile.  You can wear it cross-body with a long strap, over your shoulder with a short strap, or ditch the strap altogether and have a stylish clutch for date night!  Check it out at Fly Girl Designs.

The Accessories {Los Angeles Photographer}

Not only does Connie create fabulous custom bags, she keeps you stylish with colorful camera straps and iPad cases.  I’ve had one of her straps around my own camera for almost a year and not only does it look great, it’s one of the most functional and comfortable straps I’ve used.  And I always get compliments on it when out and about!  Check out more at Fly Girl Designs!

What Started It All {LA Photographer}

This is the bag that started it all for Fly Girl Designs.  Connie is an Air Force Pilot and she started her business by crafting bags out of military flight suits.  They are super popular with pilots and pilot spouses, a stylish way to show your support!  You can see her entire line of flight-suit made bags at her Fly Girl Gear Shop.
